Your Patience Has Been Rewarded

Pictures = William's 9th Birthday Party.
Theme = "How to Train Your Dragon"
Goody Bag = A copy of the book How to Train Your Dragon, by Cressida Cowell.  Highly recommend for 8-10 yr. old boys and girls.

Step 1:
Make your equipment.  Shields and helmets.

Step 2:  Dragon Training.  Dragons are tricky beasts, and fighting them takes quick reflexes.  You have to be able to attack them, and defend yourself against attacks.

Step 3: Relax and enjoy the fruits of your victory.

We LOVE the How To Train Your Dragon books! (We've read through #6.) They're especially wonderful when Steve reads them out loud, because he does the best viking voices!

What a great theme for a party! And it looks like very creative acivities!

How do you come up with these things? Looks like fun and I love the cake, did you make it? I'm going to have to work on my creativity party ideas I guess for the future. Grin!

Very impressive!
The cowl pattern: 1 skein of Malabrigo Rasta, size 15 circular needles, at least 24 inches long, cast on 57 stitches, join, twisting if desired, then knit in seed stitch (knit the purls, purl the knits) until you have about 4 1/2 yards left and cast off in pattern. (Takes about 4 yards to cast on.)
